Corsidian presents COD, a new concept in Contact Center solutions
   

Corsidian Inc., Mexico D.F.- Corsidian launches to the market a new service alternative for the Contact Center, Corsidian on Demand or COD.

Although not in a formal way, according to words of COD Director, Antonio Martinez, "the presentation will be next year, through an event that will allow us to show all of our clients the benefits of this solution", Corsidian on Demand had a great reception during the "2nd National Convention of Collecting Professionals", the event organized by the Legal Services and Collecting Professionals Association A.C. (APCOB, Spanish anacronym), where Corsidian promoted this service.

What Corsidian on Demand offers, it's a Virtual Contact Center, web based, through which the companies can create their own Contact Center. Either with 5or 5000 agents, in one or in several location in Mexico or abroad, COD gives the companies access to a modern phone services system.

Maybe the most eye-catching of this product is that now "you can count with a Call Center, that being virtual, allows you to make incoming and out coming call, without needing hardware installed or acquiring additional software to be able to work", stated Oscar Gomez, Corsidian's Commercial Director.

In fact, this system requires of a minimal inversion to work, because you don't need to buy hardware - frequently the most expensive about a Contact Center, besides the human resources - what translates in considerable savings for the company.

"COD works over the IP voice use system, and includes all the characteristics needed to manage large quantities of incoming and out coming calls, including outbound sales campaigns, route assignments in domestic calls, productivity tools for the agents, quality management, reports, data integration, as well as legal and regulatory consent", amongst others, pointed out Antonio Martinez, who will be in charge of the project.

COD is the result of an alliance signed in June between Corsidian and Five9. In view of the expectation of this service, Andrew Salisbury, Chairman and CEO of Corsidian, declared that Because of the great presence that Corsidian has n the Contact Center business in Latin America, "Corsidian on Demand will support without a doubt, the fast growing demand of agents and Call Centers locate in the Caribbean and in Latin America".

This solution supports telemarketers, local sales agents, and customer service and support operators, collection agents, and other phone based teams, "what allows increasing sales, save money and improving customer's satisfaction", concluded Alejandro Suarez Bautista, Corsidian's Mexico, Central America, and Andean Region Director.
